Of course, you can’t plan a party in the park during the month of January; or during the summer in a house without proper ventilation. Keep in mind that during the winter you should have your parties at home or in an event hall and during the summer and spring you can take advantage of outdoor spaces such as parks, yards and gardens for your parties.

4. Decide on a theme for your party.
Are you organizing the party and you haven’t decided the theme of the party yet? This point is very important; for example, if you’re throwing a dinosaur-themed party, you’ll probably need a large space for dinosaur-themed decorations. Or if you want a butterfly themed party, an open space such as a park or garden would be ideal. Think about the theme of the party and possible decorations so that you can decide on the location of the party.
5. Quote and book in advance.
